Clinical Manager

Since 1961, The Association for Individual Development (AID) has served individuals with developmental, intellectual, physical and/or mental health challenges, those who have suffered a trauma, and those at risk. As a non-profit organization, our mission is to empower people with physical, developmental, intellectual, and mental health challenges to enjoy lives of dignity and purpose. We are looking for a Clinical Manager who exemplifies that mission, and who wants to work for an organization that makes a difference. Are you the right fit?

What will you be doing?

  • Residential Clinical Manager is responsible for the clinical case management of assigned caseload
  • Ensures that all aspects of community living comply with all applicable Federal, State, and Accreditation standards
  • Responsible for developing and implementing individual programs to maximize the client’s independent community living skills and inclusion in their community
  • Provides documentation on assigned clients in accordance with DHS, CARF, or DPH standards, as applicable
  • Advocate for and maintain rights and privacy of clients that are served. Accountable for providing to both clients and staff members a positive, professional and safe environment to live, learn, and work

What will you bring to the table?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a human service field
  • Master’s degree preferred; additional certification or licenses helpful. 
  • At least two years of experience working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Three to five years of experience as QIDP preferred
  • Two years supervisory experience required with a minimum of one year of supervisory experience
